Engineer responds to and resolves support cases from a global Customer base that depends on IntervalZero’s Real-Time Operating System Platform to drive their high-performance systems. The Sustaining/Support Engineer works with both our customers and other members of our Engineering and Sales Teams to understand and solve customer challenges. Tasks include analyzing crash dumps, reviewing and updating code, and testing solutions.
