The driving force behind the formation of IntervalZero, Jeff led the acquisition of the former Ardence embedded technology business from Citrix Systems in June 2008.
Jeff brought more than 20 years of executive management, corporate and product strategy, sales, marketing, and engineering expertise to IntervalZero, which has seen steady revenue and customer growth worldwide under his leadership.
Jeff was the catalyst for the rapid revenue growth of Ardence’s enterprise software business, and was the architect of that company’s 2007 acquisition by Citrix. As Ardence’s Vice President of Marketing Jeff drove the 100+% annual revenue growth of the company’s enterprise software business from 2003 through 2006. After leading the successful sale of Ardence to Citrix, Jeff headed the integration Ardence’s virtualization and software-streaming technology into the Citrix product portfolio.
Jeff joined Ardence – then VenturCom – in 2003 as the company was launching its enterprise software business. He developed all of the product and go-to-market strategies for the software-streaming technology while also leading the marketing initiatives for Ardence’s core embedded technology business, which represents the foundation of IntervalZero.
Prior to Ardence, Jeff was Vice President of Marketing at Adlex, Inc. He also headed product marketing for DataStage, a flagship product of Ascential Software Inc.
Jeff has held positions at Amulet, Inc.; Texas Instruments; InterSystems, Inc.; Unisys Corporation; and GTE Sprint.
He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford.
