WALTHAM, MA (March 4, 2013) – IntervalZero has received 2012 Windows Embedded Partner awards in EMEA, APAC and North America.
It is the fourth year in a row that IntervalZero has earned top Microsoft Windows Embedded Partner awards and the first time the company has won awards in all three geographic regions in the same year.
“Microsoft is our most important strategic Partner so receiving three awards for the difference our RTX hard real-time software makes in Customers’ solutions is clear recognition of the value RTX delivers in the Microsoft Windows ecosystem,” said IntervalZero CEO Jeffrey Hibbard.
IntervalZero was named the 2012 Partner of the Year in APAC and received 2012 Innovation Awards in North America for US-based FlightSafety International’s use of RTX in its AirBus 320 simulator; and in EMEA for the use of RTX by Italy-based easiTEC in its easiLOGIX solution.
FlightSafety International, makers of the world’s most sophisticated full flight simulators, revolutionized its Airbus A320 simulator design with Windows, SMP-enabled RTX, and x86 multicore multiprocessors.
FlightSafety’s first-of-its-kind Airbus A320 simulator design not only satisfied performance standards required for FAA Level-D certification in the US and certification by the Civil Aviation Administration in China, but also significantly reduced system costs for the $12-$14 million dollar system.
easiLOGIX has defined a new standard for intelligent Industrial Automation control systems, delivering breakthroughs in scalability, openness and – importantly – Enterprise interconnectivity.
easiLOGIX leverages the innovation and power of Windows Embedded Standard 7 for the GUI and interconnectivity; CodeSys for SoftPLC and SoftMotion operations; and IntervalZero’s SMP-enabled RTX.
