Try IntervalZero’s new KINGSTAR 3.5 at SPS IPC Drives in Germany this November

Sep 12, 2018

The tagline of this year’s SPS IPC Drives conference is “smart and digital automation” – which means it’s a perfect fit for the KINGSTAR and IntervalZero teams. We’ll be at the show November 27-29, 2018 in Nuremberg, Germany, and we’d love to see you there.

In addition to taking in panels and presentations on our favorite topics, like Industry 4.0 and digital transformation, IntervalZero will be exhibiting its products in Hall 3, stand 202. At the booth we’ll be highlighting the latest version of KINGSTAR 3.5, with powerful new features for both Soft Motion and EtherCAT, as well as support for new hardware.

We’re most excited about two new features in KINGSTAR Soft Motion. Soft Motion now integrates LogicLab and PLC Runtime powered by AXEL into KINGSTAR, so you can further simplify application design and development. In addition, we’ve extended support to allow KINGSTAR EtherCAT applications to run on KINGSTAR Motion Runtimes. Applications developed with KINGSTAR EtherCAT can now be easily upgraded to KINGSTAR Motion so developers can use the built-in motion functionality.

These features join KINGSTAR’s core differentiators as a complete plug-and-play real-time PC-based platform for industrial machine automation. If you’re new to KINGSTAR, even more reason to stop by the booth, chat with our experts, and get to know the system. You’ll discover a wide range of functionality that makes KINGSTAR superior to the traditional hardware approach to motion control, including:

  • KINGSTAR is totally independent of any hardware vendor (IO, Drives, PCs).
  • KINGSTAR is flexible – you can program your application in C/C++, .net in Visual Studio or in your preferred language compliant with the IEC 61131-3 standard.

So book your flights to Nuremberg, and make your first stop Hall 3, stand 202 to meet the IntervalZero team and see what’s new, different, and exciting about KINGSTAR 3.5
